Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Just email us at inquiries@kashimacouture.com with your order number, item(s) to return and reason for returning & we will set up a return for you. Any returning-costs are the customer’s own responsibility.
You can return the items up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
